Self-Pay Rate Information
Currently we only accept cash pay for therapy. You will get an invoice to file a claim with your own insurance.
Initial Evaluation with a provider
Cancellations & No-Show Policy
We request that you provide our office with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice from the previous business day when cancelling or rescheduling appointments so that we may offer the time to another patient in need. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours of the scheduled day/time and no-shows will be subject to the following fees:
